Day Wise Itinerary of Royal Rajasthan Desert Expedition (13 Days)
Day 1: Arrival at Jaipur – The Royal Welcome
Arrive in Jaipur, the Pink City, where our representative welcomes you with traditional hospitality. Transfer to your hotel and relax. In the evening, visit Birla Mandir and enjoy the illuminated view of Albert Hall Museum. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 2: Jaipur City Sightseeing
After breakfast, begin your city tour with Amber Fort, enjoy an elephant ride to the fort entrance, and explore the beautiful Sheesh Mahal. Visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Hawa Mahal. In the evening, explore local markets for handicrafts and jewelry. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 3: Jaipur to Mandawa (170 km / 4 hrs)
Drive to the charming town of Mandawa, known for its fresco-painted havelis and royal mansions. Visit Mandawa Fort and stroll through narrow lanes filled with colorful wall art and traditional architecture. Overnight stay in Mandawa.
Day 4: Mandawa to Bikaner (190 km / 4 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Bikaner. Visit Junagarh Fort, a magnificent structure that never fell to invaders, and Lalgarh Palace. Explore the unique Karni Mata Temple at Deshnok, known for its holy rats. Overnight stay in Bikaner.
Day 5: Bikaner to Jaisalmer (330 km / 6 hrs)
Head to Jaisalmer, the Golden City of Rajasthan. En route, capture scenic views of desert landscapes. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax. In the evening, visit Gadisar Lake for a tranquil sunset view. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
Day 6: Jaisalmer Sightseeing & Desert Safari
Visit the grand Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, and the local bazaar. Later, drive to Sam Sand Dunes for a camel ride and witness a mesmerizing sunset. Enjoy a traditional Rajasthani dinner with folk dance and music at a desert camp. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer desert camp.
Day 7: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (285 km / 5 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur, known as the Blue City. Visit the mighty Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, and Umaid Bhawan Palace. Explore Sardar Market near the Clock Tower. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
Day 8: Jodhpur to Osian – Mini Desert Experience
Drive to Osian, an ancient trading town famous for its Jain temples and desert charm. Enjoy a short camel safari and experience local desert life. Return to Jodhpur for overnight stay.
Day 9: Jodhpur to Udaipur via Ranakpur (250 km / 6 hrs)
Proceed to Udaipur via Ranakpur Jain Temples, known for their intricate marble carvings. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax by the serene Lake Pichola. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 10: Udaipur City Tour
Visit City Palace, Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon Ki Bari, and Fateh Sagar Lake. Enjoy a boat ride at Lake Pichola and witness the sunset at Ambrai Ghat. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 11: Udaipur to Pushkar (280 km / 6 hrs)
Drive to the holy town of Pushkar. Visit the famous Brahma Temple and take a dip in the sacred Pushkar Lake. Explore colorful local bazaars. Overnight stay in Pushkar.
Day 12: Pushkar to Ajmer – Return to Jaipur
Visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah and Adhai Din Ka Jhonpra. Later, drive back to Jaipur. Spend the evening shopping for souvenirs or relaxing. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 13: Departure from Jaipur
